Many of us live in Wyoming because we were born here, or grew up here. For my family and me living in Wyoming is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.
I was born in Romania, and came to the United States in 2000. I became a US citizen in 2017. I am proud of my new country and I love it to smithereens!
I have a Ph.D. in Economics. I worked as economist-marketing for the printing and editing house of the Romanian government. I also worked as assistant and adjunct professor for some of the best universities in Romania with focus on economics. In United States I volunteered for numerous organizations, including: Cincinnati Art Museum, Great Parks of Hamilton County, Wyoming Newcomers, Junior Women's Club of Wyoming, HART of Cincinnati Animal Rescue... to name just a few in the Cincinnati region.
I’ve been fortunate to have lived and worked in many cities and cultures around the world. My diverse skills and economics background give me a unique perspective and I would like to apply that to better our city and grow Wyoming together.
